""Like a good neighbor" my A**. Got notified that we are being dumped from our Home coverage due to using it for the hail damage to our roof 2 years ago in June. We got inspected by State Farms own inspector, driving State Farms own "Catastrophe's Ford van, stating that "yes, you need a new roof". Would have been better if he would have just said we did not need a new roof. Now we get to look for coverage again. Thanks State Farm."

"When I received a phone call from my tenants (that were renting a townhouse from me) that the ceiling has collapsed from a water break, Eric Lusby and State Farm stepped up and took care of it!
Within days the mess was cleaned up and the adjuster had assessed damages.
Shorty there after I received a check and was able to put the place back together.
State Farm even covered my lost rent!
