"I love, love, love Eric Lusby State Farm insurance. They have been my agency for about 30 years. We have so many policies with them. Two houses, 2 motorcycles and 4 cars! Rachel answers my calls and emails immediately and always has answers for me. They are fast, efficient and kind. I will never switch and highly recommend them!"

"When I received a phone call from my tenants (that were renting a townhouse from me) that the ceiling has collapsed from a water break, Eric Lusby and State Farm stepped up and took care of it! Within days the mess was cleaned up and the adjuster had assessed damages. Shorty there after I received a check and was able to put the place back together. State Farm even covered my lost rent! Thanks Eric Lusby!!"

"Hi Eric. Wanted to let you know I used ERS just now for my wife with a flat tire over in Denver. Incredible service. I never got off the couch. The guy showed up 7 min after I submitted claim through the app. Texted me within 2 min arrived to her 5 min later. Changed her tire and got her going in just 7 more min. 14 min from beginning to end and all I did was click a few buttons while on the couch. Heck yeah!"

"I have been with Eric Lusby for several years now and all this time he has NEVER came out of his glass office to even say hi. He is the worst insurance agent that I have EVER had. He NEVER handles anything so he has his office staff do all his work for him. They are always raising their rates with no warning. Think smart and find a different agent!!!"

As you know we have no control over rates and I apologize for the increases.
